In January 1981 Green Tree Realty was established by Robin Whittaker. Associate Barbara Vineyard took over management in April 1992.

We have a warm and friendly sales team with much diversity; our team has a Panamanian associate fluent in Spanish, and a Vietnamese associate fluent in Vietnamese. Because we are a small office we are able to devote personal attention to each customer. Our customer satisfaction is reflected by our many repeat customers.

Most of our business deals in the selling and buying of residential properties, farms and acreage, and multi-family properties. We also handle rentals. We advertise extensively in The Gainesville Sun, The Independent Florida Alligator, the Digest of Homes, Homes & Land Magazine, and through Cox Media channel 8.

We are active in the local Board of Realtors, sit on committees, and participate in leadership programs. In addition, we participate in various activities throughout the Gainesville area, such as involvement with Interfaith Hospitality Network,to help those in our community.
